Terms

5.1. This offer is an official offer of "NÌKOLI" ,hereinafter referred to as "Seller", enter into an Agreement for the sale of goods remotely, ie through the Online Store, hereinafter referred to as "Agreement", and place a Public Offer (offer) on the official website of the Seller https: // never.com.ua (hereinafter - the "Internet site").

5.2. The moment of full and unconditional acceptance by the Buyer of the Seller's offer (acceptance) to enter into an electronic contract of sale of goods is the fact of payment by the Buyer of the order under this Agreement, within the terms and prices specified on the Seller's website.

Concepts and definitions

6.1. In this offer, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms have the following meanings:

* "Goods" - models, accessories, components and related items;

* "Online store" - in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On e-commerce", a means to submit or sell goods, works or services by making an electronic agreement.

* "Seller" - a company that sells goods that are presented on the Internet site.

* "Buyer" - an individual who has entered into an Agreement with the Seller on the terms set out below.

* "Order" - the choice of individual items from the list of goods specified by the Buyer when placing an order and payment.

Scope of the contract

7.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods under the terms of this Agreement.

This Agreement regulates the purchase and sale of goods in the Online Store, in particular:

- Voluntary choice by the Buyer of goods in the online store;

- Independent registration by the Buyer of the order in online store;

- payment by the Buyer of the order placed in the online store;

- processing and delivery of the order to the Buyer in the terms of this Agreement.

Miscellaneous

8.1 The user may at any time change (update, supplement, delete) the personal information provided to him or part thereof.

8.2. The NÌKOLI online store has the right to change the terms of the Privacy Policy.

8.3. All disputes between the NÌKOLI online store and the User regarding the violation of the terms of the privacy policy are resolved through negotiations, and in case of disagreement are sent to court.

Prior to filing a lawsuit in disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Administration of the site, it is mandatory to submit a claim (written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute).

The recipient of the claim within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the claim.

The current legislation of Ukraine applies to this Privacy and Relationship Policy between the User and the Site Administration.
